RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Our items are limited edition pieces, designed to be unique and exclusive. Each purchase is considered final.

EXCEPTIONS

We will only accept returns in the following cases:

• The item received is defective or damaged
• The wrong item was shipped

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@likeilike.nyc within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return shipping costs for defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUND PROCESS

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
